We love children at Abbeydale!
Programs and services for children and young families include:
Infants’ Room – A room adjacent to the sanctuary for infants and their parents, where the service can be seen and heard.
Preschool -for children ages 18 months to 5 years, we provide child care during worship services.
Children’s Ministry – children from Kindergarten to Grade 5 are welcomed to classes every second Sunday during our worship services, On the alternate Sundays, activity packets are provided and the children remain in the sanctuary with the adults.
Kids’ Club – Elementary-age children come to the church on Wednesday evenings for music, bible stories and games.
Vacation Bible School – During the summer, children ages 6-12 look forward to a one-week program that includes crafts, games, music, and Bible teaching.
The safety of your children is a high priority to us. We have adopted a Safe Place Plan which requires that all volunteers working with children are screened and trained.
